Drop Foot

A drop foot is when the muscles at the front of the leg are unable to lift the foot to clear the ground during the swing phase of gait. It can result in reduced walking efficiency, fatigue or tripping. In some cases the muscles at the back of the leg that push and propel you forward can be affected resulting in asymmetrical step length or fatigue.

We have experience of a wide variety of supports that can be used to meed your needs. We pay close attention to making sure the support is as comfortable as possible and as low profile as possible to fit into your footwear.
